G. Tharp, CCIM
began his real estate career in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1966. He
sold land and homes for a time, heading one of Hawaii's largest
brokerages, then gradually moved into an exclusively commercial
practice. He has sold and leased real estate in Hawaii,
Idaho, Virginia, Puerto Rico and Florida. For the last
twenty-nine years Mr. Tharp has been one of the leading
commercial and investment real estate brokers in the Orlando,
Florida area.
He is in demand in Florida by lawyers seeking expert witnesses in real estate cases. His development experience ranges from office
buildings to industrial
parks. He is the Florida Partner for the Lynxs Group, a national
developer of air cargo facilities.
A nationally known speaker and trainer, Mr. Tharp has trained for many of the national real estate companies and franchises. He is a Fellow of the faculty of the CCIM Institute. He is also the author of a series of real estate analysis templates for the popular spreadsheets, which he donated to the Institute and which may be downloaded from this site
